If we do not hear back, your order may be delayed or canceled without refund.

No refunds will be issued for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

While we do our best to protect your cookies with ice packs or thermal packaging, please note:

We are not responsible for damage caused by heat, humidity, or other weather-related conditions during transit.

Our cookies are perishable, and we advise shipping to a location where someone can receive the package promptly.
📦 Shipping Carrier & Rates

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

While USPS typically delivers within 1–3 business days, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping is included in the cost of your cookies — no surprises at checkout!
- Treat Cookies is not liable for damage caused during transportation. If your cookies have been damaged due to mishandling by the postal service, you will need to take your order and damaged box to your local USPS post office to receive a refund. Refunds cannot be processed without the original order and packaging.
